The residential component consists of 3 phases with a total area of 48,665 m2. When fully completed, there will be approximately 2,000 apartment units in 7 blocks. Each block is between 33 to 36 storeys high. Every phase comes with its own communal swimming pool, gymnasium, retail outlets, garden and other facilities to serve the residents. The apartments are designed to international standards, and come with canopy drop-off areas, disabled ramp, decorated lobby, guardhouse, gated perimeter, CCTV and sheltered parking bays for cars and motorcycles.

Serviced Apartments

The serviced apartments are conveniently located right next to the medical facilities within IHHP to serve the medical staff, visitors, patients and their families.

The serviced apartments are all fully furnished, which is perfect for visitors seeking comfortable accommodation while attending international conferences, seminars, undertaking medical training or research work at the IHHP.

Medical Exhibition Centre and Shopping Mall

This facility consists of multifunctional purposes such as wellness, sport & fitness centre, retail, food and beverage and shopping outlets, medical supplies & medical accessories. The exhibition centre is a place where all future medical conferences will be held.
