Incorporated in Vietnam, Hoa Lam-Shangri-La Healthcare LLC (‘Hoa Lam-Shangri-La’) is a joint venture established on 29 May 2008 between Hoa Lam Services Co. Ltd. (Vietnam) and Shangri-La Healthcare Investment Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) to invest, construct and operate the International Hi-Tech Healthcare Park, as well as introducing advanced healthcare and medical technology and operations experience for the development of healthcare sector in Vietnam.
